How long does shipping take? When will I receive my order?

Estimated standard delivery time is between 3 – 7 business days within Australia. For international orders estimated shipping is 10 - 28 days. Tracking numbers are sent by email after a short processing period.

My order has been dispatched. Can I track it?

How can I change my delivery address?

Can I return my order?

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 14 day return policy for an exchange or store credit to be used within 3 months.To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
